Terms of Service

1. What Kreatorcity is

Kreatorcity helps verified creators and brands discover each other, negotiate, and track collaborations. We provide the platform and tools; the agreements, content and payments are between the creator and the brand.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 to use Kreatorcity. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account.

One person or organisation, one account.

3. Creator & brand responsibilities

Be genuine and act in good faith.

• No bought followers, fake engagement, or misrepresented metrics. Authenticity is the basis of the marketplace.
• Honor your agreements. Deliver what you agreed, on the agreed timeline, and pay what you agreed.
• Communicate professionally and treat the other party with respect.

4. Trust Score

The Trust Score is a computed metric based on connected data and platform activity.

It may change as your data changes. We do not guarantee any score or that you will receive deals, and attempting to manipulate or game the score is prohibited.

5. Campaigns & deals

Deal terms such as rate, deliverables and timelines are agreed between the creator and the brand.

Kreatorcity facilitates negotiation and tracking but is not responsible for either party’s performance. Disputes are primarily between the parties; we may help resolve them using the deal records we hold.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Kreatorcity charges zero commission on deals. We earn from optional subscription plans.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the plan you choose; you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel, with changes taking effect from the next billing cycle.

Payments for deals themselves are settled between the brand and the creator on their agreed terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed on the platform:

• Fraud, fake metrics, or impersonation.
• Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
• Infringing others’ intellectual property.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the platform.
• Arranging deals off-platform specifically to evade our terms.

8. Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create and the materials you upload.

You grant Kreatorcity a limited licence to display them on the platform to operate the service.

Rights to content produced under a deal are governed by the agreement between the creator and the brand.

9. Verification & suspension

We may verify accounts and, where these terms are violated or authenticity cannot be confirmed, limit, suspend or remove an account or content.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee results, the conduct of any creator or brand, or that you will find or close deals.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreatorcity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, content or payments of creators and brands.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Kreatorcity against claims arising from your content, your deals, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the product.

Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
